Laika and Dolce face tougher angelic enemies on Floor 2 — make sure their chip loadouts account for the Heavenly Curse mechanic before engaging.

How Elemental Weakness Works

Every enemy in Kernel Hearts is attuned to one element and weak to its opposite. Hitting a weakness doubles damage and accelerates the transformation gauge. The character table above lists the correct element for every unit. Bosses follow the same rule — the Floor 1 Guardian is fire-attuned (bring Ice), the Floor 2 Guardian is ice-attuned (bring Fire).

Transformation dispels the Heavenly Curse and reveals your true magical girl form. Exploit weakness hits to fill the gauge faster.
