Fernet - Character Guide

Fernet is one of the four magical girls of the M.A.H.O.U Unit and the breakout star of the launch window — she is the character Ephemera Games chose for the Fortnite crossover, with the Fernet Outfit available as an Epic Games Store pre-purchase gift. In the roster she plays the frontline brawler role: close-range chip attacks, aggressive positioning, and the tank slot in a four-player climb.

Fernet rewards aggression. Load her MAHOU.OS with melee-range attack chips and pair with a movement chip for dash-cancel combos. Fire-attuned enemies on Floor 1 take double damage from Ice-coated strikes, so coat before you commit to a pack.

Start with the basic Attack Chip and a Movement Chip. Upgrade to the Spell Chip once you unlock Floor 2 content. Stay within the 256KB budget — Fernet benefits more from fewer, well-chosen chips than an overloaded loadout.
